What is PLA?

It is called "SOILON" as an eco-friendly material.

The "SOILON" tea bag is a decomposable vegetable ingredient based on polyactic acid using corn starch and is completely decomposed into soil-like forms within 30 days in an optimum underground environment.

The PLA (biodegradation filter) used by our company is a filter used to manufacture triangular tea bags, certified by the U.S. FDA and Japan's Ministry of Health and Welfare, and produced only by YAMANA worldwide.

It is suitable for small particle tea bags such as coffee beans because the contents are hardly visible and the raw material powder does not leak.

It is made of mesh fabric and has high transparency, so the contents can be seen well, so it is often used for petal differences.

All raw materials such as herbal tea, flower tea, herbal tea, etc. can be precisely measured by electronic scale, and products of all materials such as PLA filters, nylon mesh filters, and nonwoven fabrics can be produced.
